Report from Isaac Daye

Following is the most recent report we have received from Isaac Daye( missionary to The Gambia in West Africa)...

Habakkuk The prophet foresaw the days when the knowledge of Godʼs glory will flood the world as the waters covers the sea. Habakkuk 2:14 God flooded the anti antediluvian world with water from beneath and above our question how is He going to bring about this global flooding with the gospel. Not by speaking from heaven or causing a literal rain of His word from heaven but by the preaching of the gospel by His church. Hence the church is Godʼs Vessel to flood this world with His word to cover the world with the good news as the waters covers the sea. To flood the world with Godʼs word is an enormous task but praise God that He have provided multiple methods, means or strategy to make this mission possible-Radio, Tracts, Mission trips, gospel meetings, seminars Bible Correspondence ect, ect. To make sure that Godʼs word is establish in the Gambia by His church, we are using the airwave to preach the gospel to thousands mostly Muslim as 90% of Gambians are Muslim, we are flooding the land with tracts, depicting the true of the gospel by showing the passion of Christ in different localities in and around serekunda . Our goal is to Cover Africa smallest nation with the word of God as the waters covers the sea and the results have been mixed. During tracts distribution some received gladly and others reject and insult us, for our radio broadcast, many compliment the forcefulness and truthfulness of our massages and say Gambia needs such preaching. Passion continues to draw huge crowd everywhere we air it and this is opening for us new contacts for personal work. With all the labor we put into the spreading and preaching of the gospel, the Lord added one soul at Central, two at Kanifing and 10 enrolled for WBS. As you know that our mission crosses borders too, Alexander Ofori,Ron and I will be traveling to Sierra Leone on a week long mission trip after which Ron and I will proceed to Liberia for more work and we need your prayers. I wish to offer special thanks to all our supporters and sponsors that we have not allow the economic slow down in the US and across the globe to slow our vision and mission down, even thought we have experience some little drop in response to our appeals in recent times but to God be glory that we are stay on course with the great commission

PEACE.ISAAC K. DAYE

Please continue to pray for Isaac and the work he is doing!
